Delivery services often send emails to inform their customers about the status of their packages, which is a helpful service, but it is also a ripe environment for phishing scams. For example, Kaspersky Lab detected a phishing email made to look like a DHL delivery confirmation email. To avoid falling victim to these scams, Kaspersky Lab recommends never following links in email messages but manually typing in the URL of the site.
