Claudio Martinelli is the Managing Director, Americas, at Kaspersky. In this position, Martinelli leads all of Kaspersky’s business objectives and operations in the region and is responsible for defining and implementing the company’s consumer, corporate, OEM/ISP, and On-line strategies across North America, Latin America, and the Caribbean, focusing on maximizing revenue opportunities.
Prior to his current role, Martinelli was General Manager of Kaspersky’s operations in Brazil, where he spearheaded the company’s growth in the country through the implementation of strategic investments as well as solutions and services that reinforced the company’s leadership in the consumer, SMB and enterprise segments. Before holding this position, he served as manager of consumer solutions for the entire region.
With more than 25 years of experience in managing sales teams in national and multinational companies, Martinelli has worked for companies such as SED International, TechData, MaxPrint and Faber-Castell. Martinelli has led businesses in both the retail and corporate sectors, and has contributed to the development of the consumer IT market in Brazil.
Martinelli holds a degree in information technology from Mackenzie University in São Paulo and a specialization in marketing management from the Getulio Vargas Foundation, São Paulo. He is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
Lisa Kilpatrick is the General Manager, North America, at Kaspersky. Prior to that, Lisa held the position of Head of B2B Sales for Kaspersky North America. In this role, she was responsible for leading the U.S. and Canadian sales teams while driving business to business growth with Kaspersky’s network of trusted channel partners. During her tenure, Lisa has successfully closed several strategic business opportunities and has been instrumental in leading both the SMB and enterprise business segments.
Lisa brings more than a decade of sales and management experience in the cybersecurity industry, and has been with the company since 2013.
As Executive Vice President, Finance and Operations, Kaspersky North America, Angelo oversees the administrative operations and financial management of the region.
Prior to this role, Angelo served as Senior Vice President, Finance and Administration. In that role Angelo was responsible for the strategic financial management of Kaspersky North American region.
Angelo brings more than two decades of treasury experience at software and technology companies. Prior to joining Kaspersky in 2004, Angelo served as Vice President, Finance at Riverdeep Group, plc. Prior to Riverdeep, Angelo was Chief Financial Officer at Invention Machine Corporation and Vice President, Finance at USTeleCenters, where he started in 1989 as Chief Financial Officer.
As legal counsel of Kaspersky North America, Trina manages all legal issues related to Kaspersky entities in the Americas.
Prior to joining the regional team, Trina served four years as legal counsel at Kaspersky Corporate Headquarters, where she was the lead global counsel for commercial dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, dispute resolution and employment matters involving company entities across 30+ countries. Trina received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Chicago and Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers School of Law – Newark.
As vice president of support and services, Kaspersky North America, Anthony “Tony” Bellia is responsible for driving high rates of satisfaction among consumer and business customers, increasing efficiency and productivity within support operations and delivering new and innovative services designed to meet individual customer needs and generate maximum value from their Kaspersky products.
Tony has more than two decades of technical support and operations management experience. Prior to joining Kaspersky in 2008, Tony held various customer support roles at EMC Corporation and Creo (formerly Scitex).
As vice president of pre-sales and systems engineering, Kaspersky North America, Ori Ammar is responsible for overseeing all technical pre-sales activities, as well as supporting marketing initiatives as a subject matter expert.
Ori brings more than 15 years of technical expertise, both as a manager and as an engineer. Prior to joining Kaspersky in 2011, he held various pre-sales engineering and management roles in Safend (acquired by Wave) and Aladdin (acquired by Safenet). Ori also served as an officer in the Israel Defense Forces.
Ori maintains multiple security certifications, including CISSP-ISSAP, CISA, CISM and CRISC.
As the Human Resources Business Partner for North America, Chris is responsible for attracting, retaining and developing exceptional talent for Kaspersky in the region. He is also responsible for fostering a fair, innovative and friendly corporate culture that encourages a collaborative spirit.
Chris is a ‘people-first’ leader, bringing more than a decade of human resource experience to this role. Prior to working at Kaspersky, Chris worked as a Human Resource Business Partner for L-3 Security & Detection Systems, where he focused on attracting and retaining key talent through employee relations, compensation programs and policy development.
