Today, Kaspersky announced the new partnership with bug bounty platform vendor HackerOne to offer $50,000 in rewards to white-hat hackers who find vulnerabilities in its Kaspersky Internet Security and Kaspersky Endpoint Security products. Bug bounty programs have become increasingly popular in recent times, and researchers are excited about the prospect of encouraging other researchers to share any discovered bugs. The bug bounty program, if successful, could also become a long-term enterprise for Kaspersky Lab.
