Did you ever think your new WiFi enabled coffee machine could provide hackers with a way to access your personal information? Kaspersky Lab’s recent report on IoT (Internet of Things) shows that devices that can be controlled via a mobile app may contain vulnerabilities in the way the coffee maker exchanges information with the smartphone, opening the possibility for a hacker to steal the home WiFi password.
