Kaspersky Lab North America Debuts New Service Program for Channel Partners

Allows for increased touch points with customers

Punta Cana, Dominican Republic – February 7, 2014Kaspersky Lab North America announced today at its annual Partner Conference the launch of a new service program designed for partners. The Certified Service Provider (CSP) Program and Premium Support offerings were developed to enable partners to more effectively drive revenue while ensuring that high quality solutions are delivered to customers by Kaspersky Lab.

The CSP Program gives partners the ability to sell and deliver professional services in partnership with Kaspersky Lab. The program offers the same professional services offered by Kaspersky Lab Systems Engineers and includes remote and on-site services. To become a Kaspersky Lab CSP Accredited Partner, program participants must go through a thorough set of technical courses and certifications, live deployment testing and must agree to quality assurance requirements. Additional recommended certifications will also be available to enhance the partner’s readiness to deliver more complex services to end users.

In addition to giving partners the opportunity to deliver solutions backed by the CSP Program, Kaspersky Lab is providing partners with the opportunity to sell Premium Support offerings. Premium Support offerings include priority support and issue resolution, a direct link to Kaspersky Lab technical experts and proactive alerts to new threats. With multiple programs designed to fit the unique needs of customers the features of the Premium Support offerings include:

  • Technical Account Manager
  • Proactive diagnostic and service updates
  • Remote implementation assistance
  • Health checks
  • On-site assistance
  • 24/7 support
  • Unlimited incident submittal
