In this episode, Dave and Jeff discuss privacy with Marco Preuss, the latest on Zoom, burning 5G down in the UK, and more.

For the 137th edition of the Kaspersky Transatlantic Cable podcast, Dave and I discuss a handful of new stories and also chat with Marco Preuss of our Global Research and Analysis Team (GReAT) about privacy and security on today’s Internet.

We really had to start with Zoom. The company has been in the news a lot lately, and not necessarily in a positive way. This story takes a look at the changes that the company is making after facing some recently disclosed security related issues. A related story there is how the FBI is handling Zoombombers.

We then discuss how the NHS is looking to bring Facebook’s Portal into care homes. After the Facebook story, we jump into our conversation with Marco Preuss. And to close out the podcast, we talk about people in the UK literally burning down 5G.
