Honing in on the channel

Kaspersky Lab makes changes to structure for 2017.

This year, we’re looking forward to building upon the success we achieved in 2016 from the initiatives implemented for our channel partner community. In 2017, we will continue adapting our channel sales structure to further enable partners to attract more customers in a competitive market.

As a 100 percent channel company, partners are truly the backbone of our business and our top priority. We couldn’t think of a more important area to make our focal point in the New Year. That’s why I’m excited to announce that we’re investing more in our regional partner sales footprint to provide stronger support to our partners where they are located.

In 2017, our evolving partner program will increase interaction and streamline the relationship between our partners and partner sales managers. Each partner sales manager will own smaller geographic territories, which will provide a unique business opportunity for partners to directly engage with managers to drive meaningful profitable growth for their businesses.

In addition to smaller territories, which translate into more direct engagement, it is critical that the partner sales manager would be able to assist in the majority of a partner’s needs.  As such, our partner sales managers will be responsible for not only the strategy of the partnership, but also enabling partners in both new and renewal business.

We aim to increase our services and tailor our programs to better meet the sales needs of partners, including a continued focus on onboarding and education programs. With these resources, we can enable customers to expand their product portfolio through other Kaspersky Lab products.

We are committed to fueling the success of our channel partners and will always continue to innovative our programs to provide the highest level of service. A more robust and flexible partner program will better support the long-term goals of Kaspersky Lab and its partners across North America.
