Jim Moffitt

Head of IT Service Desk, Kaspersky Lab North America and Latin America

As Head of IT Service Desk, Kaspersky Lab North America and Latin America, Jim Moffitt is responsible for overseeing the business support systems, infrastructure and services groups. He previously served as Service Desk Group Manager for the company, leading the service desk team in North America and Latin America.

Jim brings more than two decades of technology, support and management experience to Kaspersky Lab. Prior to joining the company in 2006, Jim held various technology roles in the insurance, manufacturing and telecommunications industries.
