If you are receiving the error “The updated subscription key is missing”, please do the following to correct it: Open Kaspersky and in the lower right corner of the window, click on Manage Subscription. In the new window that opens, click on Update Subscription Status. Thank you for choosing to try Kaspersky Lab’s Live Chat option.
