Unless your PC is infected with a virus, it is recommended to upgrade to the the latest version of the software prior to contacting Support. This is often the first thing that the specialist will ask you to do when troubleshooting possible program errors. Upgrades for existing license holders are completely free.
If you do not have Kaspersky currently installed, your activation code will be required to validate ownership of the product. You should find your activation code within the packaging of a boxed product, or in the confirmation email of a product purchased online.
