If you are receiving the error “The updated subscription key is missing”, please do the following to correct it: Open Kaspersky and in the lower right corner of the window, click on Manage Subscription. In the new window that opens, click on Update Subscription Status.

Unless your PC is infected with a virus, it is recommended to upgrade to the the latest version of the software prior to contacting Support. This is often the first thing that the specialist will ask you to do when troubleshooting possible program errors. Upgrades for existing license holders are completely free.
Our support specialists will likely require license information located in the Support section of your Kaspersky Lab software. How do I find my license?
If you do not have Kaspersky currently installed, your activation code will be required to validate ownership of the product. You should find your activation code within the packaging of a boxed product, or in the confirmation email of a product purchased online.
