What if I don't know what product I am using?
To find the name of your Kaspersky software installation:
Hover your mouse over the K icon on the system tray or double left click the icon open and read the product name in the blue bar at the top of the box.

How do I find out what version I am using?
To find the full version number of your software installation:
In version 6 products click once on the Kaspersky K icon in the right side of the taskbar. Click once on Service and look under Product Info.
In version 5 products click once on the Kaspersky K icon in the right side of the taskbar. Click once on the Support Tab and look under Product Info.
