Alcatel Eye-box is an enterprise collaboration solution that provides employees with tools to optimize their daily productivity and efficiency: shared calendar, personal / group / company contacts management, file and documents sharing, unified messaging and phone settings management.

Thanks to the Virtual Desktop, mobile and remote employees can retrieve the same level of information and company resources from their mobile, PDA or laptop as they were at the office. Integrated with the OmniPCX Office, the Eye-box provides unified communication to nomadic users through the Virtual Desktop. Thanks to this option they can :

• Launch a click to call directly from contact cards
• Use an external phone (ie. mobile phone) as a business phone when they are on the road (in nomadic mode)
• Manage their phone settings remotely: call forward, personal assistant
