Product: Kaspersky Fraud Prevention Unveiled
this week, the Kaspersky Fraud
platform is the company’s first offering customized for financial services and
e-commerce providers. Designed to protect the average users online payments
made from computers and mobile devices, this platform includes server solutions
for detecting fraudulent transactions during e-payment processing, and a range
of additional services. The individual platform components can function both
independently or they can act complimentary, providing multi-layered protection
at every stage of an online payment.
Kaspersky Fraud Prevention client applications work on computers running
Microsoft Windows and Apple OS X as well as on Google Android and Apple
iOS-based mobile devices. These applications are designed to protect user
devices from financial cyber-threats that target specific operating systems.
The server component of the Kaspersky Clientless Engine platform operates within
the company's IT infrastructure and can detect and prevent fraudulent
transactions even if the user's device has no security solution installed.
Kaspersky Fraud Prevention platform includes an SDK toolset that enables
organizations to develop their own secure mobile apps, or to strengthen the
security of an existing application. The Kaspersky Fraud Prevention platform
also offers exclusive access to threat intelligence reports and provides
dedicated support from Kaspersky Lab’s experts on how best to combat threats
encountered by an individual organization.
Product: Kaspersky Security for Virtualization |
Light Agent Scheduled
for release in Q2 2014, this addition to Kaspersky Lab’s portfolio of
virtualization solutions will offer light agent support for the
VMware, Citrix and Microsoft virtualization platforms.
Kaspersky Security for
Light Agent will provide advanced anti-malware and
network protection for virtual machines through a combination of a dedicated
virtual appliance and small software agents. By off-loading the anti-malware
processing to the dedicated virtual appliance, the host network’s performance
will not be affected, a clear improvement over deploying multiple redundant
security agents on each virtual machine.
In addition to advanced
anti-malware protection, Kaspersky Security for Virtualization | Light Agent will also feature the company’s
award-winning endpoint controls to apply easily-managed policies, such as
application control, device control, and web content filtering, to virtual
machines. By integrating seamlessly within the Kaspersky Security Center
administration console, Kaspersky Security for Virtualization can be managed
from the same screen as Kaspersky Lab’s security for physical devices.
