Kaspersky Lab Named to CRN’s Annual List of Best Companies to Partner With

Woburn, MA – November 25, 2013 Kaspersky Lab has been named to CRN’s 2013 Best Companies to Partner With list. Ranked by IT Solution Providers (SP), the top 25 must-have technology suppliers are selected from a list of nearly 230 companies in 12 product categories. As a result, Kaspersky inclusion on the list recognizes the Company’s continued innovation and dedication to partnerships with SPs that are formed today and in the future.

Kaspersky Lab continues to create the most effective partner community in the industry, attracting top-tier resellers and providing partners the customized support, tools and resources they need to be successful. At the close of the first half of the year, partner recruitment was up over 300 percent year-over-year and deal registration volume was up 20 percent year-over-year. This is all thanks to the continuation of a truly partner-centric 100 percent channel model, as well as a number of Partner Program enhancements implemented during the year. These enhancements enable partners to more effectively drive business and increase their bottom line, including:

  • Revamped Partner Portal and New Mobile Site: Kaspersky Lab made significant changes to its Partner Portal to provide partners with solutions-focused sales and marketing toolkits. The enhancements include the addition of a mobile site that allows partners to access all the information and content as the online portal regardless of where they are, extending easy access to sales resources.
  • SE2SE Program: Kaspersky Lab’s SE2SE program is a monthly education series focusing on advanced technical topics, giving partners a leg-up on the most advanced technology, which in turn helps them to drive sales. When pre-sales Systems Engineers (SEs) attend a monthly SE2SE WebEx and pass an exam, they receive a $50 Total Rewards payout.
  • Lead-Gen Programs: In 2013, Kaspersky Lab placed a priority on lead generation, allocating significant resources and budget to ensure a strong digital marketing program that generates significant numbers of qualified leads for the Kaspersky Lab sales team to engage with partners on. 
  • Video Assets: Kaspersky Lab offers a number of new assets that help partners to demonstrate the superior protection that Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business offers.  Most notably, new videos cover different aspects of the product as well as messaging that helps position the product with customers. The videos can be found on the Kaspersky Lab Americas YouTube pages.
