Kaspersky Endpoint Security 8 for Linux includes the Kaspersky Anti-Virus Engine 8.0 – an updated version of Kaspersky Lab’s antivirus engine. The application also features an heuristic analyzer and support for disinfecting files stored in archives. The product also supports on-demand scanning of the system’s specific areas. Both local files and network resource data are accessible for scanning (SMB/CIFS and NFS protocols are supported).
