These certifications were awarded following compatibility testing that verified Kaspersky Internet Security 2010 seamlessly integrates with the following processors:

                -Intel CoreTM2 Quad

                -Intel CoreTM i7

                -Intel CoreTM i7 Extreme

These certification logos verify that Kaspersky Lab products conform perfectly to these processors' parallel computing capabilities, such as multi-core architectures and Intel Hyper-Threading technology.

While developing Kaspersky Internet Security 2010, engineers at Kaspersky Lab worked with application development tools provided by Intel to improve the effectiveness of Kaspersky's software resource usage for multi-core platforms. The design ensures effective utilization within individual cores, and streamlined distribution of tasks between cores, providing maximum performance from both the software and the processor.
