Woburn, MAMarch 26, 2007 – Kaspersky Lab, an international information security software vendor, today announced that it has appointed David P. Aucoin as Vice President of Support and Service for its North American operation.

Mr. Aucoin brings more than 20 years of technology customer service and support experience to Kaspersky Lab, which develops anti-virus, anti-spyware, anti-spam and firewall solutions to protect both businesses and consumers. Mr. Aucoin will be responsible for the North American technical and customer support teams servicing business accounts, channel partners and consumers. Mr. Aucoin will also spearhead the rollout of premium support offerings to corporations, as well as training and certification programs for existing and new products.

Mr. Aucoin joins Kaspersky Lab from Enterasys Networks, Inc., where he served as Director of Service Operations and Products and developed and delivered “best in class” practices and procedures to ensure the highest levels of customer success and satisfaction. In his role, Mr. Aucoin established overall customer services policies and procedures to optimize revenue, ensure financial control and manage compliance with regulatory mandates, while also maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction levels.
