Short-term Rotation

When an employee transfers to another Kaspersky Lab office or department for a period of up to one month. This month is geared toward professional development and for establishing employee connections.

Long-term Rotation

When an employee permanently transfers to another Kaspersky department or division. This transfer enhances an individual’s professional development and helps to broaden their career opportunities. This program helps to guarantee that internal employees will be considered before external individuals for internal job openings.
