Volunteer Time-Off (VTO) Policy
This policy gives all full-time employees 3 days of paid time off per calendar year. This program has been established to give Kaspersky Employees the opportunity to donate their time to serve their surrounding community.
VTO is available during regularly scheduled work hours. Approved organizations are prominent in the community and are known to provide improved quality of life, meet emergency needs, and improve relationships between business and the community.

Under the partnership, Kaspersky Lab will sponsor a total of 120 schools: 99 schools in the Washington, D.C.-metro area and 21 schools across the United States. Sponsored schools include middle schools, high schools and universities. The partnership is yet another testimony to Kaspersky Lab’s ongoing commitment to encouraging future generations to embark in a career in IT security.
The LifeJourney online and mobile platform helps students to find their passion, discover future career opportunities and gain exposure to the skills they'll need to achieve their dreams. Students will immerse themselves in these fields through the journey and learn the skills necessary to achieve success. Multiple Kaspersky Lab experts will serve as mentors to hundreds of students, guiding them on how to navigate the Malware Expert and Systems Engineering career path, and what it takes to be successful in the field.
