    Your mission is to drive demand and revenue around Kaspersky's core business into Kaspersky installed accounts and net new accounts. You will drive specific sales programs, work with our channel partners and prospect to grow Kaspersky's market share. This is a quota-carrying role where you will work with your team members to achieve both your personal and team goals.

    What You Will Be Doing:

    • Perform outbound sales activities such as cold calling, lead follow-up, sales qualifications, and offer extensions to existing or new customers.
    • Utilize Salesforce.com to forecast and track all sales activities –Meet or exceed activity metrics for outbound calls, appointments set, opportunities added, and prospecting time.
    • Maintain contact with customers in an assigned territory to ensure customer satisfaction, issue resolution, and Kaspersky's footprint expansion.
    • Leverage internal resources and matrix organizations (e.g. Field Sales Engineer, Inside Sales Engineers, Solution Specialists, and Finance).
    • Build relationships and effectively communicate with external partner organizations as necessary.

    Responsibilities:

    • Outbound Calls
      • Work with assigned partners to generate prospective customers through channel campaigns and channel promotions.
      • Promotes renewals, up-sell and new sales opportunities within partner’s existing and competitive accounts.
      • Provide marketing/sales literature to partners with prospective clients, assist with sales quoting and special pricing.
    • Inbound Calls
      • Respond to partner requests and ensure proper field and inside sales alignment in partner end user opportunities.

    Desired Skills and Experience

    • Two years prior sales experience within software industry.
    • Computer experience, familiarity with Microsoft Office and web based tracking tools.
    • Able to quickly qualify potential customers.
    • Proven ability to follow through and close deals.
    • Strong telephone presentations skills; ability to listen well and to motivate and create sales opportunities.
    • Individual should be comfortable selling over the phone with responsibilities of accurate forecasting.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide technical support for Kaspersky Lab business product line via telephone, email, web, and chat
    • Identify and troubleshoot software and system issues/errors
    • Prioritize issues based on level of security threat to customer systems

      • Within twelve months of employment acquire Kaspersky product troubleshooting for Kaspersky Security for Linux Mail Server, KSB for Windows, Kaspersky Encryption, Kaspersky System Management, KESB for MAC, KESB for Linux, Kaspersky MDM (mobile device management), Kaspersky Windows Server Enterprise Edition, KSV Agentless and KSV Light Agent
      • The ability to Test and QA future Kaspersky Beta versions and technologies
    • Basic knowledge in:
      • MS SharePoint and Linux operating systems
      • Within twelve months of employment acquired Kaspersky product knowledge to include Kaspersky Security for SharePoint, Kaspersky Security for MS Exchange Server, Kaspersky Security for MS ISA \ Forefront TMG and Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Linux Server

    Education / Technical Certifications

    • Degree in Computer Network and Information Systems or equivalent certifications such as:
      • CompTIA A+ or equivalent
      • CompTIA N+ or equivalent
      • MCP: Windows Server 2008 +/ Windows 7 + and CompTIA Security+ or equivalent
    • Will be required to pass Kaspersky Internal certifications within eighteen months of employment to include:
      • KESB for Windows
      • Kaspersky Encryption
      • Kaspersky MDM (Mobile Device Management)
      • Kaspersky Windows SEE
      • Kaspersky Security for Linux Mail Server and Kaspersky Troubleshooting

    Other Required Skills:
